Fetuccini Alfredo

This is my all-time favorite pasta recipe. It is deceptively easy to make! The key to making this delicious meal is adding lots and lots of garlic.

Start off by cutting cubed pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Heat olive oil and chopped garlic (I used 6 cloves for this...the more cloves the better) in a skillet! Place the chicken in the skillet and add about 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and a quarter cup of lemon juice. Cook the chicken till soft. Throw some fresh mushrooms into the skillet. Once you're sure the chicken is fully cooked, add about 1/2 cup of whipping cream and 2 cups of milk. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens. Flavor with salt and pepper to taste.  Prepare the fetuccini pasta on the side: pour the sauce over the pasta, and sprinkle the top with whatever cheese you like!Voila!
